At General Plumbing Supply, we stand behind our quality fixtures and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your plumbing fixtures or tools are in their original packaging, unused, and include all installation components and manuals.
Request Authorization
Log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request or contact our service team to receive your return shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided RMA label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
